Another happy customer

Our Bracknell operator Marcus Richardson received the following e-mail from a happy customers:-

“I was very impressed with the quick response to my web based enquiry. You got back to me within an hour and arranged to visit my home the following morning to price the job. You arrived at exactly the time we arranged and gave an estimate within 5 minutes. When I agreed to the price, you said that you could do the job “sometime within the next week”. We were both happy with the arrangement as you did not need access to any secured area of my property and, therefore I did not need to be in.

You carried out the work on the Thursday following the Saturday on which we agreed the price.

I have been extremely impressed with your professionalism, friendliness and reliability. Be assured , if I get any more work I shall be calling you.

Please call Ed’s Garden Maintenance if you are interested in receiving a free estimate from one our operators and receiving great customer service.

A lot of grass cutting in a London square!

James Leonard from Ed’s Garden Maintenance does the first lawn cutting of the season in Cleveland Square, near Paddington, central London. He stands on his turf, surveying his striped lawn. Good straight lines!

Great Start

Eds Garden Maintenance new operator Matthew May has been out leafleting in his local area (Canterbury) and was amazed by the results in his first week of starting his own business with Eds.

Matthew followed the Ed’s business model and from delivering 1,500 leaflets over 10 hours last week he has already exceeded work expectations for this week with over 6 jobs in 4 days.

We wish Matthew all the best with his new business and if you would like to find out more about starting an Ed’s Garden Maintenance Franchise please contact us for more information.

Changing the outlook in Cleveland Square through brute force and coffee

James Leonard is planting trees in Cleveland Square on behalf of the Residents’ Association.

He recently won the contract for maintaining the central garden of Cleveland Square, near Paddington. 6 mature cherry trees (Prunus Autumnalis Rosea) were delivered on the 2nd February. On one of the coldest days of the year James managed to roll these to their designated spot for planting through brute force and a lot of coffee. He has since planted them before the cold weather strikes.

Fantastic Customer Service

We recently received the following letter:-

I had to write and let you know that my neighbour recently had some garden maintenance work carried out by Steve and his assistant from Eds Garden Maintenance. They had to use my side entrance and not only did they do an excellent job for my neighbour but Steve fixed my fence and when he had finished washed down my decking and left it better than he found it.

If I ever need any garden maintenance work done I would not hesitate to give Eds Garden Maintenance a call or recommend a friend if this is the level of service Eds offer.

Yours a very happy neighbour
