We are sorry that this has been your experience and there does seem to be a difference between what was agreed and your expectations. My elderly parents asked Stuart to undertake some work in their garden. The men who came had equipment that ran out of battery and we offered for them to charge it and they declined. They didn't actually dig out bramble roots as we asked but only trimmed; my 83 year old father had to subsequently do that himself after Stuart refused to come and rectify that unless we paid more. Plus it was made clear to the workers only to do the 'easy' job of cutting the grass if they'd completed the other more taxing tasks but they left those and cut the grass anyway. My parents and I spoke to Stuart separately to try and rectify, were told point blank that we had misunderstood what had been agreed and that they'd only come back if paid more. I expressed my disappointment and said I'd write this review and my parents were emailed a very direct email saying their bill was overdue and to ask me not to write this review. My parents paid in full and there has been no further attempt to rectify, so here's the review.

Neil responded to my request for quote very promptly. I lilve in Surrey so Neil went to the property of my elederly Uncle and helped me understand what needed to be done without me adriving the distance. Works agreed and on the day I met neil who was prompt, efficient, accomodating and a lovely man to chat to. Garden works were to standard and I have already booked a repeat visit which Neil will attend to without me present as having meet him can fully trust to attend on time and complete the work without me being there.

We are very sorry you have not been able to get through to your Ed's gardener. Please can you let us know what number you have been trying to call so we can check our end as we have not been able to find any record of you on our systems.

Theo did a marvellous job in our overgrown back garden and we are thoroughly delighted with the end results. Theo is very personable, worked extremely hard & efficiently. So happy to found him, thanks Theo for a job well done! We will definitely continue with Theo going forward and looking forward to enjoying our garden at last.

We love coming home every alternate Thursday as that's the day Karl and Nicola have 'done our garden and always leave it looking so beautiful! Nothing is ever too much trouble...weeding, planting, mowing, edging - it all is gorgeous! Our garden has never looked so good and we certainly could not keep it up ourselves! Karl and his wife Nicola did a fantastic job on our garden. It hadn’t been cut down for over a year and half so there was ALOT to do. After their work our garden looked beautiful and has started growing fresh green grass which I haven’t seen in a long time!. Definitely recommend!.

I had been talking to Karl for a while until, at last, we set a date... Karl, with his wife Nicola, were to attend my home to do a reasonable sized cut back of overgrowth and remove, dismantle the garden shed and with its contents that included furniture and an electric lawn mower, then remove also, before, and finally, jet washing the back garden patio. It is so very simple to say that the work was carried out in an industrial way with immense efficiency along with a very professional outlook. Looking at my garden now has given me the lift to look after it in the way I should have always done, the patio now looks very inviting and looks different altogether. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this husband and wife team who are not only all the above, but likeable and excellent to deal with.

Very pleased. Andy did a great job, very reasonably priced, took everything away when finished and has excellent customer skills.

Neil initially pruned a bay hedge and then we asked him back to prune an olive tree as well. Both jobs were completed efficiently, the end results were spot on, and the garden was left looking clear and tidy on both occasions. Neil is very easy to communicate with - responsive, courteous, and flexible - and trustworthy. Competitive pricing too. No hesitation in recommending him for such jobs - we'd certainly hire him again.

Have used Pete and his colleagues several times over the last few years and they have been fantastic. Always punctual and considerate with work carried out exactly as requested at very competitive prices. I don't usually post reviews but it's so rare to have such great service I had to comment!

Asked Clive for a quote. He got back to me within 48hrs. Clive was very polite and we had good communication. When he did the job, he worked extremely hard all day and we are extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Asked for a quote and advise. Clive came and reviewed, but still waiting for a quote or advise despite texts and phone calls. Very poor as I chose your company as it was local. To not even respond is absolutely rude. I thought the pandemic had made us all pull together. Saddened by this. I gave 1 as a rating as I couldn't give less

Karl and his partner provide a fantastic and reliable service. Nothing is too much trouble and the work is always completed to a really high standard. Would highly recommend.

Karl and his partner did an incredible job restoring the garden front and back to when we originally bought the house a year ago. Prompt, polite and most importantly good. So far so good. Karl shall be back in a month and hopefully nurture the garden back to it's full potential.

We gave Karl and Nicola a project to transform our garden to be undertaken over several months. They not only did what we asked but brought, through their expertise, a number of ideas which we hadn’t thought of. They have done an excellent job. They are both polite and friendly and we’re always punctual. All garden waste was removed and taken off site and the garden was always left in a tidy state. We would have no hesitation recommending them and I fact will be using them when the need arises.

Nigel did a heroic job of taming the massively overgrown front and back gardens in our new home. Working relentlessly through the very English February mix of bitter cold followed by torrential rain, Nigel never complained. In fact, he was always pleasant to have around and in good humor. The result of his SAS style gardening - compliments for our beautiful front garden from passers by !

Neil has been taking care of our lawns and trimming our shrubs since 2017. We find him very hard working, reliable, very helpful, very pleasant and patient.
We would highly recommend him.

Does a good job on a regular basis . Willing to take on other jobs when asked . Would recommend .
