Dave has been doing our gardens for two years now. This is just to register how pleased we are with his work. Add to that he is reliable, friendly and helpful and offers good advice. Very pleased!

It was a difficult job Chris had to do and he went over and above board of what I was expecting.
The garden was over grown mainly due to next doors property over hanging trees and brambles etc.
Left everything neat and tidy I cannot fault his work.

Stuart and team did a very good job weeding and giving the garden a general tidy up. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who needs his garden services in the Norfolk area.

Dave has been mowing for us now for the past 4 years, reliable and friendly has never let us down. He has also carried out some winter work I asked for removing Ivy from the side of the garage......recommended.

Andy came with two other guys, they were such a lovely team, polite, worked so quickly and really listened and I learnt a lot too from them. Highly recommend ! Cleaned up brilliantly too, nothing was too much trouble for them !

Karl and his wife Nicola did a superb job tidying my garden. Trimmed down our hedges, trees etc., and disposed of the waste for us, and it looks miles better now! Really nice guys as well.

Marcus has been doing my garden for the last 5 years. He is reliable, has his own equipment, is neat, tidy, does a fantastic job and is very competitively priced. Very difficult to find another gardener like him.

Pete came to us earlier this year to prune some overgrown hedges and shrubs. He was polite and punctual and did an excellent job. We’ll definitely use Ed’s Garden Services again.

Andy & his team did a fantastic job bringing my garden back to life! They were very quick, professional and even did my front garden on the way out as they had time to spare. Would highly recommend and look forward to hiring them again.

you wouldnt want to do my garden. Its not that Im lazy, or dont care, although Im sure youd think that, if you saw the state it's in at the moment. As I'm on my feet a lot of the time, I feel too tired when I get back from work to give it the time and attention it deserves. So getting a good gardener is very important to me.
I texted two guys, both of whom had worked for me before, to ask if they could help. Both knew from experience about the hard work that would be involved, and neither even bothered to reply! Discouraging. I texted Rich, and he quickly got back to me. He came round and looked at the garden, and gave me an itemised bill, which gave precise information on how much everything would cost. So much for the trees, so much for the hedges, so much for the grass. and if I wasnt happy about any of the itemised tasks and prices, I could speak to him about it there and then. So, no nasty shocks. Very helpful.
Rich told me hed need a friend to help, and he also said what day and time hed be coming. Both guys not only did what had been agreed, but did some extra work too. That really pleased me- doing more than originally agreed, and not getting paid any extra for it! How often does that happen nowadays? Not much.
I was really pleased with how they transformed my garden, and when they were done, they took all the rubbish away. So i was left with nothing to worry about. Thorough, hard working, reliable, and going the extra mile too. I would definitely recommend Rich.

A job well done no messing about and good clear up

Theo is wonderful. He kindly came to tidy up my overgrown garden and did such a great job, he now comes back every month to keep it in order for me. He’s on time, works hard and makes my garden look lovely!

Marcus has been helping me in our garden on and off since the beginning of 2019 (I discovered him doing an online search when my then gardener hurt her wrist and wasn't able to work any more). He regularly trims my bushes (eg pittosporum, rhamnus, bay tree, etc) into topiarised shapes (he has a brilliant eye and gets them perfect, ie a perfect round ball or a perfect column or whatever you want), he cuts our hedge beautifully, pristine sharp edges (and we have quite a lot of hedge), he plants things that I no longer have the energy to do myself (I'm in my early 70s), all sorts of things. Basically he's up for anything. Above all, he is so nice, such fun, so good-tempered, always energetic. We shall miss him enormously! Why do all the good people go?

Rich saved our derelict greenhouse with painstaking care and attention to detail. Last year it was a sorry sight; now it is full of wonderful flowers.

Marcus is a wonderful gardener and very good at what he does. I found him by pure luck, and the transformation he has done to my garden is wonderful. He has a knowledge of the names of shrubs and plants and exactly how to managed them. Once you have him, keep hold he's Amazing. Will miss you Marcus.

Dave Cut the grass for me whilst I was renting in Andover. He is reliable, conscientious and does a great job. Enough said.

My lawn has always suffered from water logging after several days of rain and from huge cracks during periods of dryness. Rich aerated the lawn four weeks ago and several days of rain followed. The surface has since drained extremely well and the appearance of the lawn is very much improved. Can highly recommend Rich for a job well done. Will be booking a power wash for my patio shortly.

Ed's Garden Services have been pruning and tidying my garden for several years. They are always efficient, friendly and complete the tasks quickly; with obvious knowledge of how and when to prune and care is taken with wildlife. I heartily recommend them. Thank you for another job well done.

After beginning to find I was having difficulty managing my large back garden I asked locally if there was someone who could help and was told about Rich. He came & had a look and could see what needed doing. He started coming weekly until he managed to get it under control and then spread the visits out. He tackled the borders, hedges etc. and in no time got it looking tidy and neat. Would thoroughly recommend Rich as he is hardworking and trustworthy not to mention reasonably priced.

I am very pleased with the work done and thankful of the advice given to me.

Have had several jobs done including extension to patio, grass cutting and borders. Richard was on time and worked in all kinds of weather. Very pleased with the outcome and also the price Recommend.

"We are very sorry that you feel disappointed in the service that Rich has provided. Rich has done his best to honestly convey to the person he dealt with that the job was of a very significant scale and the garden extremely overgrown and, as such, it was impossible to say how much could be achieved in a single day. He said he would do as much as he could on that initial day and then tie in some further work in that area at no extra charge on his subsequent mowing visits. Whilst we regret that your own expectations may not have been met, we feel that Rich has done very best to deliver the work in compliance with what was agreed."
I am very disappointed by the services received from Rich at Ed’s Gardening Services. We were originally quoted £350 to cut our lawns and hedges and not only did we not receive the full cut as originally agreed, they continued to ‘book’ in regular lawn cuts which was not conveyed to us what this included at another £120 for each time. The £120 did not seem to cover much and they were only working for about 3 hours. This is very disappointing as we were made to believe it was going to be £350 for the full cut but they tried to keep on overcharging us. Please be honest and upfront with your customers when you give the original quote. I would not book or recommend Ed’s Garden Services to anyone who wants an honest and well-done job.

I wanted to let you know how many wonderful comments I am still getting following the brilliant work you did in transforming a small empty 'New Build' garden plot into a calm and relaxing space in June 2020. The garden has matured so well and with your ongoing care and maintenance, continues to delight both me and my friends who can now visit! Thank you once again.
