Booked a 2nd appointment having checked we weren’t to far away. I was assured if I changed the day to fit in with others in the area this wouldn’t be a problem. On said day no one came, no message or call. I called and texted and got no response!

Hi Liz. It was a shame that you had to cancel your visit at short notice and we are sorry that we were not able to rebook you for the following day as you wished. We do try to accommodate our customers as much as we possibly can but hope you understand that it is an extremely busy time of year and as such it is very difficult to switch schedules around at short notice.

After meeting with several other potential gardeners and not finding quite what we were looking for, we were every pleased to meet Stuart. During our discussion as we walked round our neglected garden, he gave us practical suggestions and advice, and clearly knows his stuff.
