On follow up We understand Matthew has been suffering with Covid and has since got back to you to explain that he is not able to provide an estimate at this point in time. Eds Garden Services Team. Mathew came to see me over a week ago, said that he’ll come back with a design & quote. I haven’t heard from him at all. I’ve messaged asking if he’s still working on it but no response. He’s completely ignoring my msgs. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
